Terms of use
Effective October 8, 2026
These terms apply to xavara.dance and the XAVARA app. By using either, you agree to them. If your studio has signed a services agreement with XAVARA LLC, that agreement governs the studio’s relationship with us. These terms cover individual members and visitors.
Accounts
- Your studio creates your account and decides your role. The studio can change or close it.
- Keep your passcode private. Do not share your account.
- Tell your studio or us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
Using the app
Use XAVARA only for your studio’s program. Do not:
- Share other members’ information, photos, or videos outside the app without their permission.
- Post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexual, or that you do not have the right to share.
- Try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or test, probe, or disrupt the app’s security.
- Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the app.
Your content
You own what you post. You give XAVARA and your studio permission to store and show it to members of your studio inside the app, only to run the program. You can delete your posts. Stories disappear after 24 hours.
Our content
The XAVARA app, name, brand, and program framework belong to XAVARA LLC. Your studio owns its name, class content, and member data.
Beta features
Parts of the app are in beta. They may change, break, or be removed. Please report problems to your studio or to us.
Ending access
We or your studio may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other members at risk. You may stop using the app at any time and ask your studio to close your account.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be error-free. XAVARA does not provide dance instruction and is not responsible for classes, studio premises, or injuries.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, XAVARA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the site or app.
Governing law
California law governs these terms. Any dispute is heard in the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. Continuing to use XAVARA after a change means you accept it.
